Forum Rules
1. Duties of forum members:
1.1) You participate in the forum with your real name.
1.2) Your picture (where You are recognisable) as your avatar is mandatory.
1.3) The forum posts must be in compliance with the goals and objectives of KDA (read the Manifesto).
1.4) You must inform administrator for any violations of these rules.


2. Rights of forum members:
2.1) To publish posts and use forum in any way as long as it is in compliance with these rules and other KDA documents.
2.2) Submit suggestions for forum rule changes.
2.3) To become a forum administrator.
2.4) To become a member of KDA, by applying in accordance to the Articles of Association and other relevant documents.


3. Responsibilities:
3.1) Violation of any of these rules gives forum administrators the right to:
a) Block the user from the forum until the violations regarding points 1 and 2 are eliminated.
b) Block the user from the forum for an undefined period of time regarding the point 3.
3.2) A forum post or a part of it can be deleted without warning if it is not in compliance with these rules, or contains untruthful information. Instead of the post or the part of the post a message will be posted: “This text has been deleted”. Below the edited post a concise argumentation by administrator must be given.
3.3) The user has rights to complain by sending an e-mail to forum administrator. All complaints will be put up for public review in complaint section, unless they contain inacceptable (rude) language or falsification of facts. The decision, however, is upon the administrator.


4. Administrators:
4.1) Administrators are selected by the board of KDA.
4.2) The duty of forum administrator is to follow the observation of rules in the forum.
4.3) If the actions of administrator are not in compliance with these rules or the articles of association, he can be removed of duty by the board.
4.4) Every user has a right to complain about administrator and his decisions by sending an e-mail to the board. The information must be truthful and constructive.
